Choose this option if you are paying membership dues for 5 or more people.

After submitting payment, you will receive a link to download an Excel file where you can provide a complete list of all members you purchased dues for, along with other relevant member info. Please email the file back to stlouisactuariesclub@gmail.com on the day of purchase.
